This Victorian era antique black lace shawl collar cape fichu pelerine dress trim dates from 1900. It is made of a black lace fabric with connecting brides, bars and a scrolling spiral floral leaf pattern design. This lovely lace large shawl collar capelet style fichu pelerine has a high nec...k lace collar, long lappet scalloped point petals along the bottom, hook closures on the front and is sheer, unlined. The collar measures 12 inches long, 48 inches around the bottom and has a 13 inch neck. It is in good condition with only a few breaks on the connecting bars. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana lace wearable art!
