The Model IR1P is a portable thermal printer with an IR Data Receiver to wirelessly print Rock-Ola jukebox reports.
The IR Data Receiver has a magnetic bas...e that allows you to place it directly onto the computer enclosure, over the "PRINTER LED" component.
You can also position the receiver away from the computer as long as a direct line-of-sight is provided between the computer Printer LED and the Data Receiver sensor.The printer can be operated several feet from the jukebox but may have reduced sensitivity in the presence of optical disturbances such as from fluorescent lamps.
To operate the printer, connect the IR Data receiver cable to the printer COM port.Press the round power button, the message "PRINTER READY" will be printed.
At the jukebox, enter Service Mode by opening the door (display shows DOOR OPEN).Press the Scan/Cancel switch twice (display shows SETUP MODE / Disc Mapping).Enter the two or three digit report number then press HITS.Press HITS again to start printing the report.
For example ...To print the Accounting Data, enter 91 then press HITS (display shows ACCOUNTING 91 / Print Acc. Data)Press HITS again to print the "Accounting Data" report (display shows Printing...)After the report has finished printing, the display shows Print Acc. Data.

Two of the report choices contain more than one section of printed data (section names listed below).All section title names are double-height emphasized to make it easier to locate the desired report.

You can personalize your printed reports by adding an image or logo.
The printer can insert a bitmap image into the printed report, such as your company logo. After downloading the bitmap image into the printer, it will be printed right before the report.You can view an example in the photo images.
The User Manual contains "How to" instructions to download images using the IPrinter.exe App.
