Constructed of tin. This is the first in a series of 6 chargers that the Lemp brewery distributed, with the first edition being by far the hardest to come by, as when additional chargers were manufactured, the production numbers increased with each additional release. The item certainly has it's share of wear and tear and patina, but still displays quite nicely and is rare to find in any condition. The barrel that the man is sitting on has been painted over. There is an added hole at the top. The tray has some bending and denting, along with rust, stains, paint and finish loss etc. Buy it now, as I seriously doubt you will again have the opportunity to acquire one of these rare chargers in this price range anytime in the foreseeable future, if ever again.
