Nice antique/vintage glass ornament - German? Not sure what to call him. Clown, fat man, Asian man, snowman? Whatever he is, he's a chubby guy with his hands around his belly....a very unique detail!
Measures about 3 1/4” tall and 1 3/4" wide.
