VINTAGE FRENCH HAVARD CUISINE KITCHEN COPPER DEEP FAT FRYING PAN, TIN LINED METAL HANDLE 2MM GAUGE 1.8KG WEIGHT UNUSED A MULTI-USE PROFESSINOL PAN This is a stunning vintage French Havard cuisine kitchen copper deep fat frying pan unused stamped Approx.1.8kg in weight 2mm gauge thick tin lined metal handle A professional multi-use pan it is stamped on the sideHAVARD MADE IN FRANCE see picture 10HAVARD pans are renowned as one of the best makers of copper pans in France f...or the professional cook I would say this pans have had very little use if used at all The tin lining is in excellent condition and never be used see pictures
The metal handle is fixed to the pan with 3 rivets
It was dirty and tarnished when l found it in a old French Hanger (barn) see pictures 7, 8, 9
I have given it a wash in hot soapy water and polished the Copper and now it looks stunning
