This is a handcrafted and designed mirrored sugar skull cat, made by me. It's made of stain glass, iridescent glass, mirror, glass beads and sometimes acrylic beads.
I just love this kitty sugar skull, when the light hits it, it just shines so pretty. I used a pinkish glass for the flower design around the eyes. Then outlined them with pink glass beads. This would make a great gift. I make all my mosaics from start to finish, here's what I do:
I use 1/4 inch ...MDF board, I cut out my sugar skull shapes and prep them for applying my glass designs. When it's done I grout it with charcoal grout! Then paint the sides and back with black acrylic paint.
It measures approx. 9 x 10 inches. None of my skulls are exactly alike. I sign and date the back of all my sugar skulls. These are made with lots of love. I put many hours in each one. I hope you love them as much as I do.

My sugar skulls are made of mirror and glass so they can be sharp. These are not intended for children for that reason.
They are made for indoor use. This sugar skull is easy to clean, a small spray of water on a cloth will make it shine beautifully. All my skulls have a attached wire hanger on the back for easy hanging once it arrives.
