Here's a wonderful, unique and beautiful piece of art that appears to have been used as some sort of pedestal for ?.
Extremely ornate, with curved base, large acanthus leaves, scrolls etc.
Incredible detail work.Not sure of material, suspect it's some sort of heavy composite material.
Very heavy, about 11lbs. Measure about 8-3/8" High x 11-1/8" wide x 7.75 Diameter circle/top;
A threaded 1-3/8" H by 3/4" diameter bolt is imbedded in the top as shown.

A fabulous piece! And, all cleaned up....so you don't have to, however....As with all antique, old, vintage and pre-owned items, these may have some degree of visible wear, discoloration, dust, tarnish, faded finish etc, which is considered normal. While old, this item is still in remarkably good shape. It’s not like-new or perfect but displays very well; I consider it to be in very good to excellent vintage condition, consistent with age and use, with no major issues noted, BUT YOU BE THE JUDGE! MY OPINION OF THE CONDITION (IE EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, GOOD OR FAIR) MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN YOURS, SO ASK QUESTIONS NOW, RATHER THAN LATER.
