Here is a Vintage Radio Shack Science Fair AM/VHF Monitor Radio Kit #28-163, New, Mint in Box with instruction booklet. In my opinion, kit is in Brand New condition, parts are still factory taped sealed in clear plastic bag, which is in Perfect condition. old stock. Requires 9 volt battery. Works like a regular AM radio, and also lets you hear police and other emergency radio transmissions. You can even listen to pilots talk to air-traffic controllers. The outer cardboard protective sl...eeve for the parts has a tear.
