This is a stunning vintage men’s Timex Marlin day/date watch.The Timex code on the dial dates the watch to 1977. I also found anadvertisement from 1977 that shows the watch was $21.95 in 1977. I put an imageof the ad in my auction just for your information. The cosmetics of the watchlook fantastic; the case looks like it is in mint condition. The dial, hands, and crystal all are in great shape! The movement was serviced; the watch runsstrong and keeps time. The day/date function work...s properly. The watch also hasa new 19mm band.The case is 36mm wide not counting the crown, and 40mm longincluding the lugs.
