Mr. Aschenauer advocated hundreds of German was criminals such as Otto Ohlendorf, Walter Funk, SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Karl Wolff, Wilhelm Boger and he cooperated with Robert Servatius who was attorney of Adolf Eichmann and Mr. Aschenauer also cooperated with Fritz Sauter wh...o was attorney of Hjalmar Schacht.
On the document is also a signature that reads D. Schacht and it could be possible that it is the siganture by Hjalmar Schacht.

Judge: The defendant Hjalmar Schacht has now the word
Hjalmar Schacht: It deeply offended my sense of right that the closing speeches of the prosecution were completely overlooked from the evidence of this trial. The only charge against me is that I wanted the war. However, the crushing body of evidence in my case has shown that I was a fanatical war opponent and had actively sought to prevent the war through opposition, sabotage, cunning and violence. How can the prosecution claim I was for war? How can the Russian prosecutor claim that I did not turn away from Hitler until 1943, after my first coup attempt was made in the autumn of 1938?
