It has 4 hummel style figurines and the top turns to play London Bridg...e is Falling Down. Turns on and off with a side lever. Very good condition with a little paint loss and some paint imperfections. Pretty blue and gold colored base. It measures just under 6" tall and 4-1/8" wide (not including the lever).
