WWI WAFFENFABRIK NEUHAUSEN 1914 PIONEER SAWBACK BAYONET & SCABBARD SCHMIDT RUBIN

This auction is for a rare premium quality original WW1 era antique bayonet fighting weapon for the Schmidt-Rubin Carbine with the metal scabbard, marked on the bayonet: WAFFENFABRIK - NEUHAUSEN - and showing a Swiss Cross logo. This very well made bayonet is a Swiss Model 1914 Pioneer's & Engineer's "Sawback" bayonet. There has been a little minor sharpening done to the blade edge and otherwise it is fully functional and in excellent condition appearing only very lightly used... and with no rust or pitting. The scabbard has a tiny little dent but overall is still in excellent condition just missing some of the original black finish.
