This set has a curved frame on top and bottom, more rare than the squared off frames.This pair come together as one Wa...ll Hanging and each shows 1/2 of the full display.These come in excellent, as displayed condition and could use a light cleaning or dusting. There is some wear to the black lacquer frame and some chipping of the finish, most on the sides of the frames, and with a few scratches, as they are very old and show a small bit of this age, but for the most part, very nice indeed.The Mother of Pearl inlay comes in utterly fantastic condition and shows extremely well. The colors are vivid and subtle, scratch free, and elegant. Must be seen in person to fully appreciate them as they lose some of their luster in photographs.These come in very good condition, ready for hanging as a matched pair, as each shows one half of the full design, and will make a very nice addition to any collection.
