Mercury 7 ASTP Astronaut Donald (Deke) Slayton Early Hand - Signed Cover NASA 1962
Item History & Price
Reference Number: Avaluer:1391114 |
The covers have no cache but they were all hand-signed by Slayton in the heyday of the Mercury Program... with his early signature-style which employs his actual first name, "Donald" rather than the much more common use of his first and middle initials "D.K." or his nickname "Deke".
All are postmarked out of Houston on July 31, 1962 - I don't believe this date holds any particular significance.
The autographs on these covers are all guaranteed to be authentically hand-signed by the late Mercury 7 and Apollo Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) astronaut Donald Slayton (a full money-back guarantee) for a six-month period from the time of purchase subject to any opposing opinion being provided by a professional and reputable authenticator.
I have other NASA-related items currently listed. I will of course combine items for shipping purposes.
