After 40 years of collecting I am now clearing the shop.....I bought this from a ham buddy at Dayton (he said it had problems) a couple years ago....I have a beautiful one in my collection but wanted to rescue this unique receiver to pass on to someone who always wanted to play with one.....Covers 80 meters thru 10 meters with a interesting 5 tube (all 6AW8A) double conversion design that Mosley said acts like 12 tubes with the semi-conductors..... Original knobs, good front panel with... scratches, clear meter, BFO adjust and main tuning knob is weighted with a good feel......Cabinet is not modified and good paint with scratches/marks....On the bench with a 20 ft indoor antenna heard signals on 75 SSB and 80 CW.....But on the other bands only heard birdies, no signals....So yes, a bit of a fun project.....Preselector shaft needs an extension to use original knob as variable cap may have been changed...... Also chassis mounted cap has been changed with several caps wired together, effective but not pretty.......Includes a copy of the manual.... Thanks for looking...Gary k3omi
