HOARDERS TREASURE, 30 years of collecting this piece is 1 of over 200 hoarders stash being sold to cover his long term care needs.
Many pieces were never opened as is the case with this TV, it was found in a closet still in the original box and packaging.We opened it to check on the condition, and see if it turned on only.

As you can see from the pictures it is still factory wrapped. The gentleman was a Audio collector and seldomly opened over 200 pieces. He calls himself a proud hoarder.
I did plug it in and the screen comes on. I checked the battery box area and did find the batteries leaked and pictured the contact area as can be seen.
