On offer is this antique, ORIGINAL, ca 1905-1910 Boots CHEMIST'S Cold Cream "pot lid" as they are commonly referred to."Boots Cash Chemists" were established in the mid-Victorian era in England, and they are still operating in the UK today. One will find a branch of this Pharmacy chain is just about any English town or city in the UK!!So, this lid is over 100 years old, and dates to approx 1905-1910 or so. The lid measures 2 5/8" in diameter and the jar, with lid in place, stands... just 1 1/4" tall.Nice little antique collectible, to add to an existing collection.....or just to display somewhere strategically in your home!
