Early 1930's pointed nose mouse faced Mickey Mouse ceramic bisque porcelain figurine, with Mickey playing an off white/light brown musical horn instrument (you can tell I don't know the name of this instrument), approx 7 3/4" tall and 5 1/2" wide, red ink on the bottom says "Made in Japan" and another sticker says it holds something for the bath. . Must be partially hollow inside as it has a cork in the hole on the bottom, probably held some type of bath soap or oil. ...I don't think there are an chips, repairs, or paint fading. A little roughness around the round end of the horn; a few minor marks on the edge of the horn and in Mickey's left ear there is a bump that could have been a repair-or it may just be a defect at production as the paint matches so well (see photos-all very minor). Overall, exceptionally great condition. Weighs just over 15 oz before being carefully and securely wrapped for shipment. Bought out of an estate many many years ago it has been carefully wrapped in a soft towel and placed in a drawer for years. Has no odor. This item is one in a series of three different figurines with Mickey playing a different musical instrument-the other two I have already sold on ebay and this is my last and final one.
