This is a Vintage Bernard Triumph Eyelet/Hole Punch Tool.Model No. 140-6-1/2It is stamped "EYELET Ncs 1-2-3" on the upper jaw and "Triumph" on the lower jaw.It is in good working order. It is black anodized metal with signs of use.
