Used - lights work, music plays, santa climbs but doesn't always climb smoothly - sometimes slips or gets stuck - we just planted him at the top of the ladder and left him there - super cute - vintage - kids always loved him at Christmas time - a small repair to the bottom of the ladder, but works great
