China, c.1911 (?) issued postcard......A RARE, 108 year old hand colored postcard with an image of .."Chinese Prisoners, Shanghai", ...a large group of Chinese men being escorted, guarded by Indian soldiers or Policemen in Shanghai..* Note the (caucasian) British Officer.....Unknown if these were men captured during the 1911 revolution and/or from what particular incident or battle.....Published by the Japanese Tonboya Co., card No.SM 2.
