On offer is this vintage Moorcroft 'Powder Blue' teapot and trivet/stand.Originally designed by William Moorcroft in 1913.
The teapot (without the trivet) stands ~12.5cm height. Spans ~20cm handle to spout. Holds approx 800 ml.The trivet/stand measures 13cm diameter.Combined raw unpackaged weight of 1.096kg.Base of the teapot has an impressed "MOORCROFT" "ENGLAND" "3G" "21" "maltese cross shape". Base of the trivet has an impressed "MOORCROFT" "MADE IN ENGLAND" "2E...5".Both are in good condition - no chips or cracks. Glaze does show some age related crazing. Please consider photos.
