This auction is for a vintage antique daguerreotype from the 1800s. It is a 1/16 plate and features an older woman wearing a bonnet on one side and an embossed red felt or velvet pattern on the other. This item is in fair condition for its age and does show wear and tear. The case is mismatched embossed leather and is separated at the spine so it will have to be reattached.
