Selling a Singer 201-2 (gear driven - potted motor) manufactured in 1956 - serial number AM547896; foot control part number 194584. It was regularly serviced and works great (even the light!). I cleaned the machine and it’s ready to sew, straight out of the box. The pictures show stitching the day I posted this. Paint is bright and glossy. There is some wear from use and I tried to show that in the pictures. These machines need a base or cabinet. I can sell the original cabinet separately if you’re interested and close enough to do a local pickup (it’s too big to ship).Packaging: This will be packed well! Accessories will be wrapped and secured with bubble wrap or packing wrap. The machine itself will be packaged with bubble wrap or packing wrap and cushioned before being placed in a packing box. Then that box will be put in a box and cushioned for additional protection. Please be careful when unpacking not to drop the machine or the parts. The machine is heavy, and awkward to handle due to its weight.Shipping: I will ship either via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground on provided shipping times are the same or better than what’s shown in the listing. FedEx will require a phone number for the recipient. I will also meet or deliver for free within 50 miles.
