Marked to the front: 'CARBIDE B-E" "316 CITY ROAD SOUTH MELBOURNE"
The address 316 City Rd, South Melbourne was registered to Knowles Automobile and Motor Power Co. Knowles Simplex Motor Cars and Knowles Chapelle Motor Cycles.
Not marked KNOWLES, but given the address, it makes sense.
To the reverse is marked 'Distilled Water Etc' PHONE WINDSOR 3295"
The paper label has significant wear, but for its age, presents in great display condition.
A great collectable piece, from a historical point of view.
90mm diameter x 117mm tall.
