ABSOLUTE MINT CONDITION - NOTHING MISSING
[ FEATURES AND DETAILS... ]
- Made in West Germany - c.1950s or 1960s
- Full Track Size (Unfolded): Approx. 47" x 9"
- Fold-up cityscape "race track" in absolute mint condition- All included: 2 cars, 1 trolley/bus, original wind-up key- In or...iginal box with beautiful graphics, INSTRUCTIONS, and John Wanamaker price tag
- BE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO (link above). Wind up the three vehicles and place them on the track according to the instructions. They stop at the correct places on the track and "wait" for another vehicle to pass, before they go again. The trolley/bus goes through a tunnel. Amazing!
[ CONDITION... ]
- Beautiful vintage condition -- from a non-smoking environment.- The tin litho is absolutely brilliant, with no signs of moisture damage or tarnish.- THE BOX has some condition issues (see final photo) and a couple of old repairs at the inside corners. It could use a bit of glue to get it back in shape. There's a bit of missing material, about the size of a dime, at one rear corner; otherwise, it's all there.
The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. (Don't we all!?) It would be impossible to mention every tiny detail, so please expect that there will be something about this item (or lot) that's not perfect and may need touch-up.
