I believe that this is a FRED HARVEY, Sterling & Turquoise letter opener. I found several with the same design that sold recently. **Measurement: 4" long x 1" wide. The sterling stamp is very clear as is the makers mark. **The design is gorgeous as is the nice piece of Turquoise. Happy Bidding!
