This is an antique Maine soda bottle that's blown in mold- dates to 1892-1903:
COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO./ PORTLAND, ME.Measures 7-3/4" tall by 2-1/4" in diameter, with a hand tooled crown top, nice swirl in the neck, and many tiny entrapped air bubbles. All the embossing is around the bottom, just above the base. Great, unusual aqua- blue color, not the usual coke green. Has a small scuff on the neck and a fleabite near the bottom between ME. and COCA, and just below that on the b...ase edge, has a 1-1/2" long base edge smooth impact point with a small, rough chip in the center of that. I tried showing that in a couple photos.
