The battery pack has an On/Off switch that controls the light feature. The Tree Topper has been tested and works.
The Tree Topper is in EXCELLENT condition (no visible wear/defects). It is the box/packaging it originally came in. The box has some light wear. The original price sticker is intact on the box. The Tree Topper weighs approximately 1.5 lbs with batteries installed in the battery pack.
