Gentex US Air Force Vietnam Era Helmet & Visor USAF Pilot Helmet. I believe it is Air Force but not 100% sure. The Visor says US Gov't P/N 30003/954AS410-11. Gentex P/N 79d4405-1. Corp 97427 with looks like a marking of J10 by it. The plate on the side of the helmet says Scott Part no. 345-301 then NSN 1660-00-440-5553 The top visor thumb screw is missing. The inside of the helmet has some stitching as seen in pictures. Its about 2 inches in length. Other than the stitches th...e inside seems to be in good shape. The back of the helmet has a circle hole where a cord must have went I'm guessing. I don't know much about these helmets so I took lots of pictures so you can judge the condition for your self.
