Deeply carved, figural clock case. All wood construction and looks very architectural. Acanthus carving everywhere with a shell/fan below. Flanking cherubs are holding hour glasses. Beaded trim around the circumference of the hole. If not used for clock, would make a wildly striking picture frame. It measures just over 16 1/4 inches long, 4 inches deep, and 11 inches tall. Opening is about 4 inches in diameter. Some surface wear, mostly on the back half, but very good overall condition.... Unknown wood type. What you see is what you get. Many other salvaged, architectural parts listed. All questions encouraged and answered.
