CENTRAL DRUG STORE" in 1890 - 1900S era, in old historic downtown SONORA, CALIFORNIATHIS IS A TOUGH HISTORIC GOLD RUSH TOWN TO FIND COLLECTIBLES FROM, A NICE BOTTLE.......HOPING YOU CAN TELL HOW NICE THIS ONE IS FRO...M MY AVERAGE PICTURE TAKING ABILITY :)...THIS IS A GREAT BOTTLE....DISPLAYS SO WELL.....THIS DRUG BOTTLE IS A GREAT SPECIMEN., .COMES OUT OF LIFETIME COLLECTION OF GOLD RUSH BOTTLES....TOWN GOES BACK TO GOLD RUSH, NAMED FOR MEXICAN MINERS WHICH CAME FROM SONORA MEXICO ...5 1/4" sizeIt is tougher than you think to find these old PHARMACY BOTTLES THAT ARE THIS NICE... THIS ONE HAS BEAUTIFUL PALE PURPLE GLASS, ….EMBOSSING IS NICE, COULD USE A GENTLE CLEANING ...BUT GLASS AND EMBOSSING ARE VERY NICE...IF YOU SEE A WHITE SPOT IN LIP, NOT DAMAGE...A SWARM OF BUBBLES IN MOLDThe old historic town of SONORA goes way back to California 1849 Gold Rush, located in Tuolumne County not far from towns of Columbia, San Andreas and Angels Camp.....just a great old downtown if you have never been there....again, named for hispanic miners settling there in Gold RushI have inspected this bottle, seems really nice..glass is very nice, embossing is crisp, (see gallery)...Can find no cracks, chips, or damage, ....THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE...I just got this one, and it is a real beauty....displays very well...A GREAT PC OF HISTORY FROM SONORAThe bottle is what I would call very pale purple colored glass, it is large and stands about 5 1/4" tall ...and it is a very nice specimen...THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE... the GLASS IS GREAT , took pictures from all angles and in different lighting conditions to show glass, neat bottle. Again, needs a cleaning , but a nice bottle.Gallery pictures should show you all you need to know, took pictures from many angles.
