THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO ORIG ' 66 7 " MONO SUNDAY MORNING/FEMME FLAME PROMO
Item History & Price
SLEEVE - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-)
VINYL - VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)
Ultra rare DJ Promotional Mono Copy contains two promotional singles "Sunday Morning" and "Femme Fatale" recorded in April and November of 1966. Original Verve Records Promotional pale blue labels (unique to the promo copy as the stock copy, containing the dark blue / silver labels) with the "SPECIAL DISC JOCKEY RECORD" text at the center top and VK-1...0466 catalog number at the bottom left. "MGM Records - A Division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. - Made in U.S.A." text along the bottom rim. The EP comes in the original Verve Records "The "Livest" in Recorded Music" sleeve with the Verve's address at the bottom. I grade the vinyl as Very Good Plus, containing some light marks and hairlines on both sides. Nevertheless, the vinyl looks great and contains the following matrix numbers: Side 1 - VK10466 101592-1 Block-shaped "S" stamp / Side 2 - VK10466 100903-1 Block-shaped "S" stamp.
