Terrific romel reins, superflashy, supple and beautifully made by CIRCLE Y. Popper is stamped with logoand #’s “4798-3940”. Brown in color with matched stitching. First part of eachrein is flat stitched leather that is 5/8” wide. Behind the silver ferrules onthe rein loop, the leather is beautifully rolled with a diameter of 3/8”. Thesingle... romel rein is round cut leather, nearly as thick as it is wide whichmakes for a rolled appearance, with a width of approx. just over 1/4”. Loadedwith GERMAN SILVER BARREL & BALL SHAPED FERRULES—each side of the reinloop has 29 ball/barrel shaped ferrules and single rein has a total of 21, sothe cumulative count is a whopping 79 silver ferrules! German silver conchos atbit ends and on popper as well. Super flashy and stunning look! The combinedweight of the ferrules creates a weighted-type effect and brings the totalweight of these romels to 34oz. Popper is 10.25” long by nearly 5/8” wide.Length of rein loop is 56.5” measuring to where it connects to O-ring andincluding scissor snaps. Full length of romels, again including snaps, is107”. In LOVELY PREOWNED CONDITION. Normal signs of use and wear to beexpected, but they have obviously been cared for and well-maintained. The onlything that is really worth pointing out is that the stitched end of the reinloop where the two reins connect, below the middle O-ring, there are a couplepopped stitches—this doesn’t seem to affect anything at this point and it verylikely doesn’t even need to be bothered with, though to add a couple stitchesin this area would be an exceedingly easy repair. Otherwise, these lovelyromels simply look gently broken in with typical cosmetic signs of use and wearassociated with that.
