 You are Bidding on a German  WW1  Officer's Sword w/ Scabbard and Tassel. Condition is Used. The name N. ROMMEL FANGER METZ is stamped on the upper edge of blade by the hand guard. 
The blade has rust and pitting  as can be seen in photos.The Scabbard has minor scratching but is in great condition. The tassel is in one piece. It is showing some wear where the tassel meets the strap. Also the strap has wearing on two places on the edge of strap.  ...
