This is a french Morbier Wall Clock, with brass mask around its porcelain dial and the whole pendulum is highly designed brass. It measures 59 x 12 inches, with two cast iron weights for its power, one to run the clock and the other for the striking on the hours and half hours. It has an 8 inch diameter porcelain dial with roman numerals and it is signed. There a few tiny 'tics' on it. The movement is the large anchor escapement with strike on a large coiled gong on the hours and half hours. It will be your eye catcher in your home to see this large pendulum slowly swinging back and forth. It is selling with NO RESERVE, and shipping is $70 within the contiguous USA.
