The record's picture sleeve, T-9008 features a painted color portraitof the group that faithfully duplicates a Dezo Hoffman color photo. Theattractive illustration was later used for the cover of the secondissue of "The Beatles & Frank Ifield On Stage" album.

The (MR) symbol is machine stamped inthe trail off areas. The picture sleeve has some creases and is a little frayed on the top where the record is incerted, comes in a special 45RPM generic sleeve and cover to protect this rare find.
