Dept 56 Disney Parks Mickey's Christmas Carol is from the Disney Parks Village Series, Heritage Village. It is Item #53503. Introduced in 1994 and retired in 1996. This is a 2 piece set and has a little sign to hang out front. Piece is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks, appears to be new.
