Mine Detector Vietnam War Era Solid-State Hard Case VP200 Vintage Tested
This is a vintage Vietnam era mine detector manufactured by VP Company Model VP200. It was used by the 3rd Squad of the First Platoon of Company B of the 107th Engineering Battalion and has Serial Number 1668. I've tested the unit several times over the last 10 years or so and the last time was about 3 years ago and it tested fine when the batteries still held a charge. They are now dead and have not test...ed it, but I believe it will still test fine, but cannot make that claim, so it is being sold as-is.
I also have included the technical manual TM 5-6665-202-13 and a Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet for the unit. Important stuff for any collector.
