Vintage Original Stanley No. 602 Bedrock 'B of E' Plane, Nice Patina & Japanning. Disassembled, de-greased (Simple Green), cleaned, and re-assembled. No harsh chemicals or brushes (except tooth brush and Q-tips) when cleaning. Nothing over tightened when re-assembled. Will need to set-up for use. All original parts. Either for use or display. Would make a 'Merry Christmas' present for sure, maybe to yourself.
Very nice plane. I have a No. 5 I use and it works... much better than current planes available. Nothing like an old well made (in USA) tool to get the job done.
I suspect this one planed a lot of school doors at one time.
