I believe this Doepke Model Toys fire truck dates from the 1950's and it is in EXCELLENT overall condition with minor wear to the pain and minor rust!! The fire hose is missing and one of the clips for it is missing a prong!! The bell is present with light oxidation to the finish and the steering wheel works ut is a little stiff (needs a little oil!!)!!The short ladder is approx. 9" long X 1 3/8" wide and is original to the truck!! I don't believe the long ladder is original to this tr...uck BUT it is a Doepke piece and approx. 18" long X 1.75" wide!! The truck is approx. 18.5" long X 6" wide X 6.5" high to the top of the windshield!! The undercarriage and tires are EXCELLENT+!!! Quoted shipping charges are based on the farthest zone from me, so if you live in closer proximity to Greensboro, NC, the cost will go down!! I refund overcharges less a small packing & handling fee, so even if you pay the quoted charge you will not be overcharged!!
