Vintage Delta dust door with all new nameplate, billet knob, and latching parts. This is a fully reconditioned dust door as used on either the Delta Unisaw or the HD shaper.This is the later version (after 1951) of the nominal 9” x 12” louvered dust door that is of single panel construction. Earlier dust doors had an inner panel as well.The door components were disassembled, sandblasted and inspected for rust, dings, dents, and/or blemishes. The... dust door is solid, straight, and in excellent condition. The front and back surfaces of the door are in primer and ready for finish paint in the new Owner’s color of choice. The dust door comes complete with one of our new reproduction stainless steel vertical nameplates (a $25.35 value).The old rivet holes have been tapped with 5-40 threads to allow the nameplate to be removed for finish painting. Three stainless steel Phillips head screws are included. One of our new CNC machined billet aluminum fluted knobs is included (an $18.20 value), as is our new CNC machined billet alumnum latching cam (a $19.35 value). The shaft (a $12.00 value) is also new. It is one of our CNC C1018 steel shafts that has been black oxide plated for corrosion protection. The new parts that are included have a total value of $74.90, meaning that this reconditioned dust door only costs you $19.10.
