Vintage Standard Oil Research Test Car License Plate Tag Topper - Red Crown GasPlease view all pics for condition. Topper has some surface rust, and a couple of cuts to the middle which are pictured. Some slight bends but nothing too serious. The crown and wings are Embossed. Topper dates to around the 1930’s.
