Vintage toy from the 90's.
This doll was sold in Korea and is different from the Japanese and American dolls.
She is just over 13" tall, her hair is actually formed into cute little odangos and her gloves/boots are not removable.
I do not know if the wand is original to the doll. Comes with a yellow stand base.
The box has some damage.
