This is an original early US Navy Grumman S2-F (TS-2A) Trader aircraft carrier aircraft Pilot's right engine fire console control panel box. This is how the pilot's feathered the engines propeller and tried to put out an engine fire.You can see that this panel has a engine feathering button assembly. This pilot's engine fire control was removed from a S2F-1 in the boneyard in Tucson. It is 5 3/4 x 3 1/2 x 7 inches. The S-2 tracker came out in the 195...0's and was used for many years in the fleet. Later many S-2's were turned into multi-engine trainers as well as fire bombers. Today a few still fly in the airshow circuit. This item is sold as is for the collector.We accept payment by PayPal in US dollars only.
