This old capacitor tester was included in the estate of a ham radio operator. It was covered with plastic, and as a result it looks great with very minimal wear. The power cord on the back appears to be a replacement, so I'm fairly confident that it's been used recently and should be good to go. The "eye" tube turns on, but we haven't done any testing beyond that.
