This 1976 Longines is truly a unique timepiece. The manual wind Calibre 528 movement was made in 1976 and runs smoothly and keeps very good time. The dial has a brushed silver finish and features the applied winged hourglass logo with an applied "LONGINES" above it, and "SWISS" printed on the bottom, right above the edge of the lapis outline. I'm not an expert on jewels and gemstones, so I am not sure if the lapis is real or not, but it seems to be a part of the crystal. The crystal ha...s a few very small scratches, but is in quite good condition overall for it's age. This lapis design was very popular on watches in the 1970's and 1980's, especially on dress watches from high-end brands like Longines. The 8-link bracelet is stainless steel and includes a signed clasp. It is very easily adjustable to almost any size wrist and is very comfortable because of it's 8-link design. The bracelet is integrated into the case. The octagonal case and the bracelet show wear relative to it's age, but are in decent condition overall.
