This is the information i received from the Spode Museum Trust, The plate with the printed Spode Copelands China mark is decorated with pattern number Y.1912. This is a printed pattern on a power ( I believe its ( POWDER ) blue ground which was first introduced c.1929. The plate shape is known as 'Stafford'There also appears to be an impressed mark on the bottom of the plate a letter A and number 38 .These plates are in excellent condition and appear to hardly, or nev...er been used.
