This is an 19c old vintage with square front High Neck Collar Irish crochet lace 3d floral design with valenciennes lace, hand done design made in Europe. Collar is about 4" deep on front center point , around inner neck line is 16" long , outside neck line is about over 28" long . Great antique condition, no issues. Photos are part of my description.
