Offered here is an original etching with aquatint by Louis Icart (1888-1950), circa 1926. Image measures ~15 x 20 1/4 inches (plate size). The overall framed size is 22 1/2 x 29 1/2 inches. Print is pencil signed lower right. It is numbered in pencil at lower left "397" and includes windmill blindstamp.EXCELLENT Condition! Paper looks really clean overall. Has nice clean acid free matting and very nice gold frame. Hard to find a nicer example.This is one of Icart's iconic images and v...ery popular with collectors. This print sold at Christies in 2012 for £2500 (~$3200).
